2. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order. However, it does not mean your order has been processed or accepted. Once payment is successfully processed and the order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

- Shipping Delays: ROLEXGLAS is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs delays, or issues with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to inform you of any delays and ensure timely delivery.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed or shipped.
- Modifications: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order within 24 hours and place a new order.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receiving your order. If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
6. PRICING ERRORS
While we strive to provide accurate pricing and product information, errors may occur. If a pricing error occurs, ROLEXGLAS reserves the right to correct the error. If a discrepancy is found:

✔ If the corrected price is higher, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the order.
